First off b/c this store is family owned and operated, they are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you find something special. If they happen to not have what you need in at that time they have no problem putting in a special order just for you. They are wonderful at keeping customers happy at all cost. They also have a wide selections of plants and orchids along with small gifts which makes gift giving easy for me. Their roses are reasonably priced and are of great quality. Again, very happy with this florist, I use them all the time.

I need to let you know that I ordered a Christmas Cactus this morning for my mother-in-law who is in Bradenton, Florida and I am not only grateful but amazed at how quick she received it. She said it is the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen with the mix of white and red Christmas Cactus’ (I didn’t even know there were white!).

Anyway, I did not want to just not say anything so searched to find some way to let you know how pleased I am with the service and the product you provided. (You should put a “comments” section on your website). I am from Ontario, Canada and when ordering from a place you don’t know you just never know what you will get. This was an awesome experience.

Let me tell you how impressed I am with your company!  Monday, I believe, I received a call from a gentleman there who was concerned about the well being of my mother.  He had spoken with her about a problem whereby an order placed by my sister, Judy Gaye had not arrived and that the order would be delivered on Tuesday.  This mix up was not the fault of your company by the way.  Anyway, upon speaking with my mother he was made aware of her difficulty speaking.  Out of concern that she was under some sort of duress, he called me since it was the only phone number available to him.  He expressed to me his concern that my mother may need help.  My mother has had a mild stroke and is unable to speak coherently.  She is fine, just has difficulty speaking.  I assured the gentleman that she is ok and thanked him for his concern and his immediate action.

This fellow, and I am sorry that I did not make note of his name, deserves praise for going above and beyond the normal good service.  My mother was very pleased with the arrangement and I am ecstatic about your service.  This is no doubt that I will be doing all my floral orders through your company when needed in the Bradenton area.

I ordered two dozen premium roses for my Love and she is still bragging about them after two weeks. I agree, I have ordered from so called first rate florist before, they were very nice... but your roses were the premium of premium, just unbelieveable in quality arrangement and long lasting.... She nor I can thank you enough for your product and ability to impress.
